Thoughts about Issues of Autonomy Regulations:A Case Study of Hui Nationality in Linxia of Gansu

民族区域自治理论是在尊重统一的多民族国家的历史传统 ,总结经验教训的基础上 ,逐步确立并完备起来的。制定自治法规是民族自治地方行使自治权的体现 ,既要注重法制统一 ,又需充分考虑民族习惯法的内容 ,将自主权与统一性有机结合。同时 ,应采取有效途径、方法 ,促进自治法规的社会化。

The theory of regional national autonomy is formed and improved step by step,on the basis of respecting the historical tradition of unitary multi-national state and summing up experiences.Making autonomy regulations is the expression of the exercise of autonomy by national areas,which not only need pay attention to the unity of legal system,but also think of meaning of national customary law,combining autonomy and unity.Meanwhile some effective methods should be done to advance the socialization of autonomy regulations.
