摘要
合伙信用是一种法律信用 ,同时又与道德信用有着天然的联系。强制性不是作为法律信用的合伙信用与道德信用的根本区别。合伙信用是一种以权利和义务为内容的信用法律关系 ,它属于私法信用 ,并偏重于义务性。
Partnership credit is one of legal credits,greatly related to moral credit.Compulsion is not the basic difference of partnership credit from moral credit in that the former is the legal relationship of credit with rights and obligations,which falls into private credit,more like obligation.
