杏鲍菇对不同碳氮营养源的利用 被引量:15

摘要 采用常规培养方法研究了杏鲍菇对碳、氮营养源的利用情况。结果表明,杏鲍菇菌丝生长的最适碳源是可溶性淀粉,其最佳碳源浓度为7%,其次是蔗糖、葡萄糖,而甘油对菌丝生长有抑制使用;有机氮源比无机氮源更适合杏鲍菇菌丝的生长,最适氮源为酵母膏,其最佳浓度为0.4%,其次是蛋白胨和牛肉浸膏。 The utilization of Pleurotus eryngii with different C sources and N sources under the com-mon culture conditions were studied in this experiment.The results showed that souble starch was the best C sources for the hyphal growth of Pleurotus eryngii and7%soluble starch was the optimum con-centration,sucrose and glucose took the second place,but glycerin caused inhibiting effect on the hyphal growth;and for the N sources,the organic nitrogen was better than the inorganic nitrogen,yeast extract paste was the best nitrogen and0.4%was its optimum concentration,while peptone and beef extract paste took the second place.
