介绍了基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的曲轴弯曲疲劳试验机的系统组成、工作原理、硬件和软件设计等。应用表明,该试验机自动化程度高,操作简便,大大减轻了操纵者的劳动强度,还可在实现固定疲劳次数或出现裂纹时自动停机,自动记录数据,打印试验结果。
The article introduces an automatic crankshaft bending fatigue test machine based on LabVIEW virtual instrument. Its structure, working principle, hardware and software design are also given. The system can detect the fatigue crack and decide when to finish the test process automatically. Practices shows that the operation is simple, convenient and automatic.
