肝细胞癌组织学分类、分级及PCNA、Ki-67的表达 被引量:2

摘要 肝细胞癌病理组织学分级、组织生长方式、细胞增殖活性对其治疗和预后有重要意义。在与细胞周期相关的核抗原的免疫组织化学研究中,多使用PCNA和Ki-67两种标记,来反映肝细胞癌组织细胞的增殖状态。PCNA和Ki-67的表达水平与肝癌细胞的分化、浸润、转移等生物学行为等密切相关。
