摘要
神经内分泌和免疫系统激活 ,分解 /合成代谢失衡可能是心力衰竭分解代谢病理生理过程的重要环节。分解代谢的发生可产生心力衰竭症状、运动能力下降、体重减轻、心衰恶化。现阐述分解 /合成代谢失衡在心衰发病机制中的重要作用 。
Neurohormonal,immune activation and catabolic/anabolic imbalance may be important catabolic processes in the pathophysiology of heart failure.The incidence of catabolism may contribute to symptoms of heart failure,exercise intolerance,weight loss and the exacerbation of heart failure.It is elaborated that catabolic/anabolic imbalance plays an important role in pathophysiology of heart failure and provides new therapeutic targets to it.
