[WT5”HZ]Estrogen Receptor Beta and Advances in Breast Cancer Research

目的 探讨雌激素受体 β(ERβ)在乳腺癌方面的研究进展。 方法 采用文献回顾方法 ,对ERβ的生物学功能、变异 ,及其乳腺癌发生、发展、预后评估及内分泌治疗反应方面的可能作用加以综述。结果 ERβ是类固醇激素受体超家族的新成员 ,可能在乳腺癌发生、发展、预后评估及内分泌治疗反应方面具有重要作用。结论 ERβ是一种新的乳腺癌预后评估指标。

Objective [WT5”BZ]To review recent studies on the roles of estrogen receptor β in breast cancer. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]The literatures in recent years on the biological function, variant isoforms of estrogen receptor and its possible roles in breast cancer were reviewed. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]ERβ was a new member of the superfamily of steroid receptors, it might play an important role in breast tumor genesis, tumor progression, prognosis and reaction to the endocrine therapy in breast cancer. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]ERβ is a new prognostic marker in breast cancer. [WT5”HZ]
