颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在颈椎肿瘤手术中的应用

APPLICATION OF ANTERIOR LOCKING CERVICAL PLATE SYSTEM IN THE TREATMENT FOR CEVICAL SPINAL TUMORS

目的 :探讨颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在颈椎肿瘤手术治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对 8例颈椎肿瘤患者采取前路椎体切除和 /或后路肿瘤切除、自体髂骨植骨以及颈椎前路带锁钢板 (ORION、ZEPHIR)内固定手术治疗。结果 :8例患者得到 6～ 2 3个月随访 ,平均 12 .1个月 ,2 .8～ 4 .2个月内所有植骨均骨性融合 ,平均融合时间 3.2个月 ,瘫痪患者神经功能均有不同程度恢复 ,1例术后出现短暂声嘶 ,无钢板螺钉断裂、松动或脱出及其他并发症。结论 :颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在手术切除颈椎椎体和肿瘤后能提供即刻稳定性 ,有利于促进神经功能的恢复。

Objective:To explore the application value of anterior locking cervical plate system in the treatment for cervical spinal tumors.Methods:8 cases have been treated by anterior vertebrectomy, anterior or posterior tumor resection, auto-iliac bonegraft and internal fixation with ORION or ZEPHIR anterior locking cervical plate system.Results:After an average of 12.1 months follow-up, All bone-grafts obtained solid fusion within 2.8～4. 2 months after operation, 3.2 months on average. Paraplegia showed different degrees of recovery. 1 patient had transient voice hoarse due to Laryngeal nerve traction injury. No plate and screw was loose and fractured. Conclusion:Anterior locking cervical plate system (ORION or ZEPHIR) is an ideal choice for internal fixation after anterior vertebrectomy, anterior or posterior tumor resection, It can provide stabilization instantly and promote neurological function recovery.
