摘要
本文报告了对安徽血防系统专业人员近况调查的结果,分析了他们的性别,年龄、学历、专业、技术岗位、工龄、工作负荷等状况。提出随着疫情和系统专业结构的变化必须加强对全体专业人员的培训以改善其专业素质。另外,本文还讨论了如何解决血防系统现在面临的困难和问题。
This paper reported the results of the investigation on current situations of all professionals in Anhui provincial organization of schistosomiasis control and furtuer analysed in some respects such as personnel sex,age,written account of education,field of course,post in technique,length of service,load in work and so on.It was supprsed that,coming up against the variation of the endemic situation and the professional composition of the organization,further training and improving the professional level of competence for all professionals must be emphasized.In addition to,The paper put forward how to selve the difficulties and problems facing the organization presently.
