摘要
本文比较了吡喹酮(PQT)、氯化钙(CaCl_2)、吡喹酮+氯化钙(PQT+CaCl_2)和吡喹酮+氯化钠(PQT+NaCl)在体外条件下对日本血吸虫毛蚴孵出的影响。结果证明,在25℃,100μg/ml的PQT有促进毛蚴孵出的作用,药物作用30min,毛蚴孵出率达34.2%。低渗透压的CaCl_2溶液(31mOsM)对毛蚴孵出无明显影响,但与PQT协同作用时,可进一步促进毛蚴孵出,两者协同作用5min,毛蚴孵出率达38.2%。
In this study, the effects of praziquantel, CaCl<sub>2</sub> combination of prziquantel with CaCl<sub>2</sub> and a combination of prziquantel with NaCl on hatching of S.japonicum eggs in vitro were compared.The result showed that praziquantel (100μg/ml) accelerated the miracidia to hatch from eggs at 25℃ and the hatching rate of miracidia reached 34.2% after incubation.CaCl<sub>2</sub> alone under low osmotic pressure (31m OsM) has no effect on hatching of egg but a combination of praziquantel and CaCl<sub>2</sub> could further promote miracidia to hatch from eggs.The hatching rate of miracidia was 38.2% after 5min incubation.
