423例晚期血吸虫病人超声检查结果分析

ANALYSIS OF THE RESULT OF EXAMINATION WITH B-ULTRASOUND FOR 423 CASES OF ADVANCED SCHISTOSOMIASIS

目的和方法晚期血吸虫病人的 B 超检查可以及时了解病人肝脏纤维化程度,病情现状,因此,对评估晚期血吸虫病人的预后有着非常重要的意义。结果 423例晚期血吸虫病人的超声检查结果表明,肝脏纤维化程度与病人的年龄大小、肝肿大程度、腹水的出现与否有关。但与病人的性别差异和肝功能的改变无明显联系。结论晚期血吸虫病治疗的重点是减轻肝纤维化的程度,改善门脉血流状况,减轻门脉高压所致的一系列严重并发症。

Aim and method The condition of hepatic fibrosis and the state the illness can be judged without delay by the examination of B-ultrasound for advanced schistosomiasis,which has a important means to evaluate prognosis for advanced schistosomiasis.Result The result of examination of B-ultrasound of 423 cases of advanced schis- tosomiasis showed that there were relationship between condition of hepatic fibrosis and age,hepatomegaly,pre- sent of ascites of the patients,but no relationship between condition of hepatic fibrosis and sex of the patients, their hepatic function.Conclusion It is suggested that the key of treatment for advanced schistoaomiasis are to reduce degree of hepatic fibrosis,modify condition of portal circulation and decrease the serve complications caused by portal hypertension
