预测分析2020年我国高等教育规模,既要依据高等教育的现状与发展空间,更要根据我国经济社会发展和人口变迁进行预测,同时还要进行国际比较。经研究,我国2020年高等教育的毛入学率应控制在40%左右,同时,高等学校数量和教师数量也要随之增长,这是高等教育规模扩大的前提和基础。2020年,高等学校数量应增长至2750所左右,教师人数应增长至152.8万人左右。

The future higher education scale in 2020 can be forecasted based on the current status and development space of higher education.Economic and social development as well as the prediction of population change should be taken into consideration. At the same time,international comparison is needed.My research shows that the gross enrollment rate for higher education in China in 2020 will reach up to 40%,while the number of higher education institutions and faculties within them should also increase accordingly,which is the prerequisite for the expansion of higher education.By 2020, the number of higher education institutions should increase to around 2750 and the faculty number should increase to around 1.528 million.
