生源地助学贷款规模影响因素研究

A Study on the Influencing Factors on the Scale of Student-Origin-Based Loans

生源地助学贷款主要面向农村尤其是中西部边远地区农村。本研究通过实地调查与问卷调查发现,生源地助学贷款已渐成学生的"第二财政";其规模与普通中学毕业人数、生源地人口、乡村从业人数、农村居民人均纯收入和人均GR_P显著相关;但银行放贷意愿是决定贷款规模的最主要因素,而且贷款审批发放的"计划色彩"仍十分浓厚。

Student-origin-based loans are mainly directed to rural households,especially in central and western remote regions in China.Based on the field survey and questionnaire survey in Gansu,Hubei and Hunan provinces,this study found that student -origin-based loans had become 'the second finance' of the loan students;in multivariate analysis,student-origin-based loans scale was significantly correlated to the number of high school graduates,the population of student home area,employed population in rural areas,the net per capita income of rural residents and per capita GRP;but the willingness of bank lending is the major determinant of loan supply and the approval process on loans is still heavily oriented towards 'planned economy'.
