围绕着资本获取和资源配置的内部治理,大学组织形成若干权力场域,它们之间相互作用,保证大学组织的发展。现代大学组织是一种复杂性组织,而复杂性组织表现为互赖性和多样性,其内部治理基本要素主要包括制度、结构和运行机制。制度要素是维系和调整各种力量关系的合法性保证。结构要素是大学内部权力场域分配形式,任何个人欲获得利益,必须进入相应的场域并在对应的权力关系中开始自己的行动。运行机制要素是大学权力场域相互作用的具体展现。
