摘要
以韦恩斯(Weinstein)、迈克·伽菲(MacGuffey)、艾斯曼(Earthman)、凯西(Cash)、莱玛斯特(Lemasters)、兰海姆(Lanham)等为代表的教育学领域相关学者,围绕美国校园环境、建筑设施、仪器设备等办学条件对学生的影响进行了广泛而深入的研究,为中小学校规划建设和办学条件的改善提供了强有力的经验证据和切实可行的政策建议。本文就办学条件对学生影响的"凯西模型"(CashModel)及其应用与最新发展进行阐述,以期为本土化的相关研究提供参考,促进新时期教育改革进程中的基础教育学校标准化建设以及相关教育政策、项目评估的开展。
Since the American Coleman Report in the middle 1960s,manys cholars in the educational field,such as Weinstein,MacGuffey,Earthman,Edwards,Cash,Lemasters,Lanham,Al-Enezi and Sean O'Sullivan,etc.,haved one extensive and in-depth research on the effect of school conditions on students,including physical environment,infrastructure,school facilities,and soon.These systematic studies provide strong empirical evidence and policy suggestions for the elementary and secondary schools'planning,construction andi mprovement in China.This paper introduces the Cash theoretical model whiche xamines the relationship between school conditions and student achievementa nd behavior,in the hope to bring about indigenous research in related areas inC hina and push forward the standardization construction of Chinese elementarya nd secondary schools as well as the evaluation of related programs and policies in the new era of educational reform.
