摘要
在我国大城市,本地户籍与外地户籍幼儿之间学前教育资源差异已经成为教育不公平的一个突出表现。北京市幼儿家长调查数据显示,不同户籍幼儿在入园选择、家庭教育支出、所在班级教师数、玩具图书情况四个方面存在明显差异。家庭收入、家长受教育程度、家长职业情况、教育服务便利性的不同可以解释学前教育支出、班级教师数、玩具图书情况差异的一半左右,但只能解释入园选择差异的1/4,外地户籍幼儿在获取公办园入学机会上存在明显的制度性障碍。进一步分解表明,在所有的家庭特征变量中,家长受教育程度是造成不同户籍幼儿学前教育资源差异的最重要原因。
Preschool educational resources inequality between local andn on-local household registration children has become a prominent issue in Chinese big cities.Survey data from Beijing shows that there exist huge differences in kindergarten choice,family preschool spending,teachers,toys and books between local and non-local household registration children.The research findst hat family income,parents'education,parents'occupation and the convenience of the educational service can explain about half of the differences in education spending,teachers,toys and books,but can explain only a quarter of differences in kindergarten choice.Non-local household registration children encounter institutional obstacles in getting into public kindergartens.DetailedB linder-Oaxaca decompositions show that parents'education level is the mosti mportant determinant of the differences in preschool educational resources.
