摘要
文章通过文献分析从实践现状、理论研究、学科成熟度等方面对我国教师培训评估研究现状进行了系统的分析。研究发现我国的教师培训评估存在管理导向模式、绩效导向模式和过程优化模式;理论研究还处在低水平的研究阶段,符合我国国情的成型理论体系严重缺乏;教师培训评估研究机构较多但缺乏有代表性的机构,研究代表性人物较少且缺乏成体系的理论成果。在此基础上提出实践与研究并重、加强系统深入的理论、加强本土化理论创新研究等建议。
The paper provides a systematic literature review on the current status of teacher training evaluation in China. The findings indicate that a) teacher training evaluation can be classified into three categories, management-oriented pattern, performance-driven pattern, procedure optimization pattern; b) theoretical research on teacher training evaluation is of low-quality and there is lack of theoretical framework in guiding teacher training evaluation research; c) although there are many evaluation institutes, no representative organizations, distinguished scholars or systematic research products have emerged. Suggestions are given based on the findings at the end of this paper.
