摘要
本研究采用质性研究方法,通过对西部某农村公立高中进行调查和访谈,了解教师教育教学权的实现状况和学校保障机制。研究发现,教师教育教学权的实现状况并不理想,学校场域中影响教师教育教学权的主要机制是备课会和月考,它们分别在组织课堂教学、安排教学内容和进度、进行教育教学改革和实验以及指导和评价学生四个方面对教师的教育教学权产生了限制作用。
This research uses the methods of the qualitative inquiry to investigate a rural public senior high school in the western region of China, focused on the present situation of teachers ’ teaching rights and the school mechanisms for guaranteeing these rights. The research shows that, the present situation of teachers ’ teaching rights are not satisfactory ; Meetings for lesson preparations and Monthly Examinations are two major school mechanisms which have restrictive impact on teachers ’ teaching rights in four aspects, including organizing classroom teaching, deciding teaching content and schedule, conducting teaching reform and experiment, and guiding and apprising the students.
