摘要
为探讨氯氮平所致首发精神分裂症患者和健康成人之间脑电能量变化的差异及自身用药前后脑电能量变化,对22例健康受试者和19例首发精神分裂症患者服用一次量25mg氯氮平前后0.5、1、2、3、4、5、6、8、12、24小时脑电能量变化进行两因素方差分析。结果,α_1频段F_(p1)、F_3、F_4、F_7、F_8导联,α_3频段0_2导联,β频段0_1导联,精神分裂症患者和健康成人之间比较及自身前后比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);α_1频段F_(p2)、T_3、T_4、T_5、T_6、P_3、O_1导联,α_2频段F_4导联,α_3频段C_4、P_3导联,δ频段F_(p1)、F_(p2)、F_3、F_4、F_8、T_3、C_3、T_5、0_1、0_2导联,精神分裂症患者与健康成人之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);β频段0_2导联,δ、θ频段F_7、T_4导联,自身前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。说明氯氟平致健康成人与首发精神分裂症患者脑电能量变化除θ频段外,各频段两组间比较均有显著性差异,除α_2频段外,各频段自身前后变化比较均有显著性改变。
To study the change's difference ot electrical energy of brain between initial onset's schizophrenia and healthy adult as well as the self-change before and after treatment. Twenty-two healthy adults and 19 initial onset's schizophrenics were given one single clozapine 25 mg,and 2-factors variance analysis made in the change of electrical energy of brain at 30 mins, 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th,6th,8th, 12th and 24th hours before and after treatment, respectively. Rsults There were significant difference in the Fp1, F3, F4, F7 and F8 leads of α1 frequency band, O2 of α3 and O1 of β between schizophrenia and healthy adult,and self pre-and post-treatment (P<0. 05);so was in Fp2,T3, T5T6,P3 and O1 of α1,F4 of α2,C4,T4,P3 of α3,and Fp1,Fp2,F3,F4,F8,T3,T5,O1 and O2 of δ between the former 2 (P<0. 05) ;so were in O2 of β,F7 and T4 of δ and β between self pre-and post-comparison (P<0. 05). Conclusion Apart from θ, each band all showed significant difference between the two groups;apart from α2,all bands did obvious change in self pre-and post-comparison.
