精神病人的社会残疾状况及其原因分析

Social Disability's Condition and Its Cause's Analyses for Patients with Psychosis

为了解精神病人的社会残疾状况及其原因,对我院1998年住院病人1367例的社会残疾作跟踪调查。结果,精神病人的社会残疾率为70.75％.其中社会因素占11.39％,家庭因素占31.65％,病人因素占56.96％。提示:精神病人的社会残疾是一个严重而普遍的社会问题,所致原因除疾病因素外,人为因素亦为重要原因。

To understand the social disability condition and its causes for patients with psychosis. Tracing investigations of social disability were made in 1367 admitted patients in our hospital during 1998. Results The rate of social disability was 70. 75%. Social factors took up 11. 39%,the family's did 31. 65%,the patient's did 56. 69%. These suggested social disability of the patient was a serious and general social problem, besides disease's factor,man-made factors were also important.
