肝硬化、门脉高压症行脾切除术后早期应用抗凝药物的意义

Significance of early using anticogulants after the operation of hepatic cir rhosis and splenectomy due to portal hypertension

目的:探讨肝硬化、门脉高压症行脾切除术后早期应用抗凝药物对预防门静脉血栓的意义。方法:随机抽取40例肝硬化、门脉高压症行脾切除、门脐静脉断流术的临床病人,随机分为两组,其中1组在术后早期预防性应用口服抗凝药物,随访观察两组病人门静脉血栓的发生机率。结果:应用抗凝药物组病人门静脉血栓的形成机率远低于未应用抗凝药物组（P<0.05）。结论:肝硬化门脉高压症行脾切除,门脐静脉断流术的病人术后早期应用抗凝药物对预防门脉血栓的形成是必要的。

Objective To research the anticoagulants in protecting the portal vein obstruction after splenectomy due to the portal hypertension of hepatic cirrhosis. Method The patients were divided into two parts randomly. In part I , patients take the anticoagulants just after the operation. In part II they didn' t take it. Then we observe the incidence of portal vein obstruction between the two parts. Results In part I the incidence of portal vein obstruction is great lower than in part II . Conclusion It is necessary to take the anticoagulants after the splenectomy due to the portal hypertension of hepatic cirrhosis.
