本文分析总结了63例乳腺肿块钼靶摄影的影像表现,并结合文献,从病灶的形态、大小、轮廓、与周围组织的关系以及钙化的形态、局部皮肤增厚、异常血管增生、Coppers韧带增生等多方面阐述了乳腺肿块良恶性的鉴别诊断。

In order to clarify the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass, the images of radiography with molybdenum target tube in 63 cases of breast mass were analyzed.The form,size,shape of foci,the relationship with surrounding tissue, the form of calcification, local skin thickening abnormal proliferation of blood vessel and hyperplasia of cooper's ligament are useful to differentiate between benign and malingnant breast mass.
