摘要
对ERPⅡ进行了界定,对ERP系统构建发展中存在的问题进行了分析,论述了未来ERP系统构建发展的核心是ERPⅡ。最后结合ERP系统构建与CRM,SCM,PDM等模块的整合说明未来ERP发展的方向是整合与实时。
