计算机辅助设计在冲压模具设计上的应用

摘要 冲压模具的设计和制造存在周期长、费用高的问题。近年来研究开发的一些计算机辅助设计(CAD)功能和方法能对解决这一问题提供了帮助。通过实例介绍了解决冲压模具设计的3种途径。 The design and manufacturing of car-body stamping tools suffer always from long delay and high cost problems.Since recent years,several new methodologies have been developed in some CAD systems which can contribute to solve them.This paper mainly fo-cuses on three ways illustrated by examples:utilization of advanced Surface functions to obtain a clean CAD model and to design adden-dum surfaces,reduction of the shape truning due to the spring back effect by using the associative gloval shape modeling(GSM)function based on the minimization of an energy function,and the acceleration of stamping tooling design and manufacturing by taking advantage of smart solid featrues.
