This article presents a self-appraisal method for internal process improvement of small software enterprise,and describes the implementation process in detail.It includes initialization,appraisal preparation,data collection,data verification and improvement plan.Through the self-appraisal method, small enterprise can get the information of how to improve the process of software development pertinently.
