摘要
项目经理的责任和工作质量的好坏直接影响到软件开发项目的成功与否。目前很多软件公司并没有设立这一责任职位,所以这一工作责任的重要性和具体细节在业界内尚未普遍认识。针对这一问题,对项目经理的概念进行了基本的解释和对于项目开发的重要性以及应该具备的基本素质进行了阐述。
The responsibility of the program manager and the quality of the work have impact on software development.However, a lot of software companies didn't adopt this responsibility post currently, so the importance of work responsibility isn't very clear.This text discussed the concept of program manager, the importance of program manager to project development and the basic requirements for program manager.
