The purpose of education informalization is to develop creative talented person and realize the modernization of education. One important aspect of it is transforming the way of study and teaching. Network information resources with its property of convenient and rapid becomes an organic ingredient of the new model academic environment. So the designing and planning of education website are important for education modernization.This paper analyzed the concept , classification and effect of education website, and then discussed the mode of the designing and planning of it.
