结合企业人事、信息管理制度,基于实际需求分析,采用ASP作为工具开发出人事信息管理系统。整个系统从操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发,完成人事管理的全过程。其功能包括员工人事档案的建立;员工管理权限的设置;职位变动、工资、考核、奖惩等员工信息的修改,查询和统计;工作计划的制定等人事管理工作。

The system is based on the actual personnel affairs management of enterprise,with the analysis of the actual demand,and uses ASP as a powerful tool to develop the system.With many advantages such as operating easily,friendly interface,practical and safety,the overall system completes the entire process of the personnel management.It has several part such as the establishment of staff information,the setting of the staff management authority,the inquiry of staff's wage and position,the making of a work plan and so on.
