摘要
综述了电子商务供应链管理的研究和应用现状,在分析了电子商务与供应链管理之间关系的基础上,提出了供应链管理的矩阵分析模型。
In this paper, the research works and application of E-commerce supply chain management are surveyed firstly. Then the interrelationships between the two concepts of E-commerce and supply chain management (SCM) are analyzed. An analyzing matrix model of SCM is presented to help the manager recognize the key point of EC application in the SCM. Finally, a case study to show how Bell (Shanghai) implements the E-commerce supply chain management strategic is presented.
