The Next Generation Internet is going to base on IPv6 that has to support Ipsec,IPSec is a set of protocols developed by IETF to protect data transport on TCP/IP networks,at present,there exist many kinds of software implementations.This paper analyses these implementation schemes,compares them in security,complexity,platform independence;discusses the problem of application in Ipsec protocol;analyses the application in operating system of Windows、Linux.
