摘要
基于资金的时间价值并考虑投标竞争环境的影响 ,利用不平衡方法和 Game理论对工程报价进行了优化 ,能够解决在预期利润不减少时如何降低报价 ,以提高中标率 ,以及在报价基本不变时 。
Based on the time\|value of the funds and the effect of the competitive tendering environment, and in further using the Front loaded method and the Game theory,this paper optimizes the bid so that the model can solve 2 situations:one is how to decrease the bid,and hence increase the winning probability when the expected payoff keeps un\|changed, the other is how to rise the profit value invisibly when the bid keeps invariant.
