摘要 目的 :总结心脏恶液质瓣膜患者的围手术期治疗经验。方法 :通过回顾性分析总结 9例心脏恶液质瓣膜患者的围手术期治疗。结果 :全组无手术死亡 ,远期疗效较好。结论 :重视术前准备、加强术中处理。 Objective: To summerize the experience of perioperative treatment in patients with cardiac valvula disease with cardiac cachexia. Methods: The perioperative treatment of 9 cases of cardiac cachexia patients undergone valve replacement was summarized. Results: No operative death occurred, and the long term effect is good. Conclusion: Paying attention to pre operative preparation, stressing intro operative treatment and perfecting post operative treatment are the keys to help achieve operation success in cardiac cachexia patients undergone valvula replacement.
