摘要
目的 :探讨急性脑血管疾病即出血性脑卒中 (原发性脑出血和原发性蛛网膜下腔出血 )和缺血性脑卒中 (脑梗塞和脑栓塞 )与心电图改变的相关性。方法 :分析比较急性脑血管疾病患者入院当日或入院次日描记的心电图。结果 :急性出血性脑卒中导致心电图异常较急性缺血性脑卒中显著。结论 :急性脑血管疾病时心电图改变对临床观察、指导用药。
Objective: To study on the relationship between changes in eletrocardiogram(ECG) and acute cerebrovascular diseases, including hemorrhagic stroke (intracerebral hemorrhage and suborachnoid hemorrhage). Methods: ECG was recorded from patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases on the first or the second day after being admitted to the hospital. Results: Changes of ECG due in acute hemorrhagic stroke are more obvious than those in acute ischemic stroke. Conclusion: Changes of ECG in acute cerebrovascular diseases have significant value in guiding clinical observation, drug application and disease prognosis.
