Experimental Research on the Factors Influencing the Mechanical Property of High Performance Concrete Containing Fly Ash

摘要 本文采用正交试验方法,研究粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、砂率对粉煤灰高性能混凝土力学性能的影响,配制出以泵送为目标的C50级高性能混凝土。采用方差分析方法分析粉煤灰高性能混凝土力学性能的主要影响因素,研究各个力学性能指标之间的相关性,并初探粉煤灰掺量和水胶比等对高性能混凝土力学性能影响的机理。 This paper studies the influence of the amount of the incorporation of fly ash,water-binder ratio and sand percentage on high-performance concrete containing fly ash by using the method of orthogonal experiment,obtaining C50 high-performance fly ash concrete which can be pumped.It also analyzes the major factors influencing the mechanical property of high-performance concrete containing fly ash by using the method of variance analysis,studies the correlation among every mechanical index,and explores the mechanism of the influence of fly ash and water-binder ratio to the mechanical property of high-performance concrete.
