摘要
通过对再生骨料掺量,再生骨料最大粒径,粉煤灰掺量,尾矿砂掺量以及水胶比对再生混凝土耐久性的影响试验,分析低水胶比和一定粉煤灰掺量状态下的再生混凝土的耐久性的特点,得出再生混凝土通过降低水胶比、减小再生骨料最大粒径和在不影响早期强度的条件下掺加粉煤灰可以有效地提高混凝土的耐久性。最后通过压汞法对再生混凝土的微观孔结构进行分析,掺加粉煤灰可以改善再生混凝土的孔的分布,减少再生混凝土中有害孔分布,从而提高再生混凝土的耐久性。
The durability of Recycled Aggregate Concrete which has a low ratio and a certain volume of fly ash is studied in this paper by controlling the volume and the max diameter of recycled aggregate,the volume of fly ash and tailings slag and water-blinding ratio.The results show that the durability can be improved effectively by lowing water-blinding ratio,choosing recycled aggregate with a smaller diameter and adding some fly ash which can't lower the early strength.At last Micro-pore structure is analysed by mercury.It shows that micro-pore struction can be improved through adding fly ash which also can decrease the distribution of damageable pores and enhance the durability of recycled aggregate concrete.
