摘要
研究了不同弹性模量的钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维混杂对水泥混凝土的干燥收缩性能的影响。结果表明,掺入纤维可以明显改变混凝土收缩性能,纤维弹性模量越大,限制混凝土收缩的能力越强。不同弹性模量混杂纤维优于单一纤维,体现出正混杂效应。并分析了不同弹性模量纤维限缩效应的作用机理。
In this paper,the effects of different elastic module steel fiber、polypropylene fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber on dry shrinkage property of concrete are studied.The results show that incorporating fibers can improve obviously the shrinkage property of cement-based material,the larger the elastic module is,the stronger the ability of restrained shrinkage will be.The effects of different elastic module hybrid fibers are superior to the unitary fibers,and the hybrid fibers have positive hybrid effect.The act mechanism of restrained dry shrinkage effect of different elastic module fiber is analyzed.
