摘要
基于Darcy定律和Young-Laplace方程,研究了橡胶集料对混凝土渗透性的影响。通过对两种轮胎橡胶水接触角的测定,分析了橡胶集料对毛细孔压力大小的影响,得到了静水压力和毛细孔压力共同作用下橡胶集料混凝土的渗透性规律。结果表明橡胶的水接触角介于80°~116°之间,疏水性明显,由此计算的橡胶集料混凝土毛细孔压力较普通混凝土降低了38.1%~80.2%,明显改善了混凝土抗渗性。
Based on Darcy's law and Young-Laplace formulation,the mechanism of crumb rubber concrete (CRC) permeability was studied. The influence of crumb rubber on capillary pressure was analyzed by measuring the water contact angel (WCA) of two types of tyer rubber. The permeability rule of CRC under the co-acting of hydrolic pressure and capillary pressure was gained. Results showed that the WCA of rubber was of 80°~116°,which represented a explicit hydrophobicity. The capillary pressure of CRC decreaced by 38.1%~80.2% compared to plain concrete. Therefore,the impermeability of CRC was largely enhanced.
