摘要
通过改变烃丙基甲基纤维素醚的掺量,研究了烃丙基甲基纤维素醚对预拌砂浆稠度、分层度、密度、含气量、凝结时间以及抗压强度等性能的影响,并分析了砂浆的抗压强度与密度之间的关系。结果表明:烃丙基甲基纤维素醚能够增加砂浆的粘聚性、保水性,提高砂浆的含气量,延长砂浆的凝结时间,降低砂浆的密度、抗压强度,且掺量越高,对砂浆的这些性能影响越显著。
By changing the hydrocarbon n-propyl methyl cellulose ether(MHPC) content,studied the impact of MHPC on the performance of ready-mixed mortar,including consistency,coursing degree,density,air content,setting time,compressive strength and so on.And analyze the relationship between the mortar compressive strength and density.The results showed that MHPC can increase the cohesion and water retention of the mortar,improve air content,extend the setting time,reduce the density and compressive strength of mortar.And that the higher content make a notable impact on these performance of mortar.
