摘要
以天津东站交通枢纽工程五经路地道工程隧道路面铺设钢纤维混凝土为例,从钢纤维混凝土原材料选用、钢纤维增强机理、配合比设计、钢纤维混凝土生产及泵送等方面进行阐述,配制了高抗折强度等级混凝土,实现了大坍落度钢纤维混凝土泵送施工。
Taking the traffic hinge project of Tianjin East Station—Wujing Road Tunnel Project—steel fibre concrete laying on the pavement of the tunnel for example,the selection of original materials of steel fiber-old concrete,the intensive mechanism of steel fiber,the mixture ratio design,the production of the steel fibre concrete and pump transportation are elaborated,confecting the concrete with high fracture-resistant intension rate,and making it possible to transport high slump constant steel fibre concrete with pumps in the process of construction.
