摘要
道路已成为当今经济发展的基础性设施,对道路硬度进行检测非常必要。基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术和单片机技术开发了道路硬度检测系统。系统主要由压力传感器、信号调理电路,单片机及计算机组成。实验表明系统测试可靠,测量精度较高,同时具有实时数据采集和处理功能。
Along with the road becoming the basis for economic development of facilities,the hardness of road testing has become necessary.The rigidity of roads detecting system was exploited with LabVIEW which combined with the computer system integration and single chip technology.The system was based on the pressure sensor signal conditioning circuit,MCU and computer.The results showed that the system test is reliable and the measurement precision is improved.Simultaneously,it also has the function of real-time data acquisition and processing.
