摘要
以三乙醇胺、有机物T及硝酸钙为主要组分,应用正交设计方法安排试验,配制出了性能最佳的无碱高效早强剂。对该早强剂早强效果进行了检验,受检混凝土比基准混凝土的1 d、3 d、7 d及28 d强度提高到184%、156%、137%和115%。并对其应用于水泥混凝土中其他性能影响进行了测试。利用XRD方法并结合SEM分析了掺加该早强剂的水泥水化产物组成,对水泥石中未水化的C3S及C2S与氢氧化钙、钙矾石数量进行对比。在此基础上,结合早强剂中各组分作用,进一步分析了该早强剂的早强作用机理。
Triethanolamine,organic T and calcium nitrate as the main component,orthogonal design method to be tested and the best performance out of alkali-free super early strength accelerator was developed.The effect of early strength accelerator has been tested,inspected the concrete subjects 1d,3d,7d,and 28d strength increased to 184%,156%,137% and 115% than the base concrete subjects.And its effect on other properties of cement concrete were tested.Using XRD and SEM analysis of doping early strength accelerator cement composition of hydration products,compare the amount of substance that unhydrated C3S and C2S calcium hydroxide and ettringite.On this basis,combined with early strength accelerator in the role of the various components,further analysis of the early strength mechanism of the early strength accelerator.
