摘要
以矿渣、偏高岭土为主要原料,在碱性激发剂作用下形成地聚合物,并以此为胶凝材料制备地聚合物混凝土。研究了地聚合物组成材料中n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)摩尔比、n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)摩尔比与制备的地聚合物混凝土抗压强度之间的关系,并建立了地聚合物混凝土抗压强度与水胶比以及相同氧化物组成下地聚合物水泥净浆抗压强度之间的数学模型。研究表明:n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)=0.3,n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=3.9,水胶比=3.5时,地聚合物混凝土抗压强度达到最大值;通过多元线性回归分析,建立了地聚合物混凝土28d强度(y)与净浆28d强度(x1)、水胶比(x2)之间的数学模型为:y=22.99+0.62x1-21.
Slag and metakaolin are the main source materials.Water glass is activator to prepare slag-based geopolymer paste in the paper.Taking the different ratio of silicon to aluminum,ratio of sodium to aluminum and ratio of water to binder as the influencing factors,analyze their influence on the hydration processes of Geopolymer.The results showed that: n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3) =0.3,n(SiO2)/ n(Al2O3) =3.9,w/b=3.5,the compressive strength of geopolymer concrete reached the maxium;mathematical model of geopolymer concrete compressive strength(y) between the factors of the ratio of W/B(x2) and geopolymer paste compressive strength(x1) was made through the method of regression analysis:y=22.99+0.62x1-21.88x2.
