本文主要从新建搅拌站的选址、厂区布局和零排放方面阐述基础建设规划对后期运营成本的影响。
This article discusses the effects of infrastructure planning on the anaphase operation costs.It mainly focuses on the following aspects: the site selection of the new mixing plant,plant area layouts and zero emissions,etc.
