摘要
本文通过试验研究了大掺量粉煤灰-矿渣粉对普通干混砂浆的主要技术性能的影响。试验结果表明,粉煤灰-矿渣粉掺量在50%~80%时,砂浆和易性能够满足设计要求,但抗压强度和拉伸粘结强度随着复掺掺量的增加而降低;掺加胶凝材料总用量6%~8%的脱硫石膏,砂浆和易性变化不大,但可显著提高大掺量粉煤灰-矿渣粉干混砂浆的抗压强度及拉伸粘结强度,砂浆收缩率降低10%以上,抗碳化能力提高,体积更稳定。
The main technical performances of fly ash-slag mortar are tested.The conclusions can be made that when the volume of fly ash and slag is 50%~80% of the total composite binder by mass,workability of the mortar meets the requirements,but compression strength and stretching-cohesional strength die down by the addings of the volume fly ash and slag.However,when the volume of flue gas desulfurization gypsum(FGD) is added 6%~8% with respect to the quantity of cementing material,workability of the mortar varies rarely,it increases the compression strength and stretching-cohesional strength,and it reduces skrinkage of the mortar more than 10%,it also increases carbonation resistance of the mortar,and the volume of the mortar is more stability.
