摘要
本文采用多次正交设计方法对聚羧酸系减水剂与防冻和早强组分复合,通过对(-15±1)℃环境下养护7d和标养28d的胶砂抗压强度比和极差分析选择出最优的配方比例,进而进行掺防冻剂混凝土性能的验证试验,最终确定配方比例,并应用到商品混凝土搅拌站考察效果。
This paper used orthogonal design method to compound with polycarbonate superplasticizer,antifreeze agent and early strength.And cured mortar in(-15±1)℃ environment for 7d and in standard condition for 28d,then contrasted the compressive strength and range analysis to find the best mixing ratio.Then tested the properties of concrete mixed with antifreeze agent,the final mixing ratio was determined.And it was applied in ready-mixed concrete plant to examine the results.
