通过试验对比,熟悉各种早强减水剂的应用性能,确定消泡剂的种类和掺量。采用有机硅型消泡剂,掺量0.05%,含气量降低至1.8%,脱模强度达到设计强度的55%。为管片生产提供技术支持和质量保证。
Through the experimental contrast,familiar each kind of early strong water reducing agent's application performance,definite defoamer's type and mixes the quantity.Use the organosilicon defoamer,mixes quantity 0.05%,the air content reduces to 1.8%,the drawing of patterns intensity achieves the design intensity 55%.Provide the technical support and the quality assurance for the part of the work under jurisdiction production.
