摘要
本文主要研究在硝酸钙、碳酸钠以及两者复掺情况下,对干粉砂浆工作性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,在硝酸钙和碳酸钠单掺时,随着掺量的增加,干粉砂浆保水率呈下降趋势,凝结时间缩短,干粉砂浆3d强度提高,28d强度呈下降趋势;两者复掺时,凝结时间最大可缩短到140min,3d和7d强度略有提高,28d强度呈下降趋势。
In the case of the same dosage of cellulose ether,the paper mainly studied the work performance and mechanical performance on dry-mixed mortar caused by calcium nitrate and sodium carbonate.With the increase of calcium nitrate and sodium carbonate,the moisture retention of dry-mixed mortar shows a downward trend,the setting time of dry-mixed mortar has be shortened, compressive strength of dry-mixed mortar for 3d shows a rising trend,compressive strengths of dry-mixed mortar for 28d shows a downward trend.As calcium nitrate and sodium carbonate are re-mixed in dry-mixed mortar,the setting time of dry-mixed mortar can be reduced to 140min,the 3d and 7d compressive strength shows a rising trend,28d compressive strength shows a downward trend.
