In order to adapt the drastic market competition and develop themselves,the managers of concrete enterprises more and more take care of products quality management,for satisfying the customers,and gaining the market.This paper mainly formulated the basic application principles of QC seven tools,and explained them by combining some concrete projects quality control examples.Using QC seven tools flexibly in the process of concrete production and application can promote the managers' ability of analyzing and solving problems.
