摘要
低浓型萘系减水剂广泛用于商品混凝土搅拌站,在冬季使用过程中,容易出现产品结晶现象,影响外加剂产品及商品混凝土质量。本文针对海西地区冬季气候条件,结合十水硫酸钠的理论溶解度及结晶形成机理,通过试验配方研究,最终确定了三种有效的冬季高效减水剂抗结晶方案,并通过实验数据说明三种方案的适用范围及优缺点,为外加剂生产企业及商品混凝土生产企业提供了很好的参考借鉴。
Low concentration type naphthalene water reducing agent widely used in commodity concrete mixing station,,prone to product crystallization during the process in winter.In this paper the winter conditions,combining the theory of sodium sulfate ten water solubility and crystallizing forming mechanism,through the test formulation research,eventually identified three effective winter superplasticizer of crystallization solutions,and through the experimental data shows that the three schemes the application range and advantages and disadvantages,for manufacturing enterprises and the production of concrete admixtures enterprises to provide a good reference.
