泵送剂超量掺加对预拌混凝土性能的影响

Effect of excess pumping-agent on ready-mixed concrete performance

本文采用试验室模拟的方法,研究了泵送剂超量掺加对预拌混凝土凝结时间、坍落度、泌水率、含气量、塑性收缩和抗压强度等性能的影响。结果表明:泵送剂超量掺加虽然对混凝土坍落度的影响不明显,但会明显降低混凝土的抗压强度,并显著增加混凝土的凝结时间、泌水率、含气量和塑性收缩。试验结果可供预拌混凝土生产单位参考。

This article investigated effect of excess pumping agent on concrete performance included setting time,slump,bleeding rate,air content,plastic shrinkage and compressive strength by simulation test.The results showed that excess pumping agent had no obvious effect on the slump of concrete,but significantly decreased compressive strength of concrete.Meanwhile,excess pumping agent increased setting time,bleeding rate,air content and plastic shrinkage also.Then the results can be referenced by supply and construction units of concrete.
